The PI5A100WE is a quad single-pole double-throw (SPDT) CMOS analog switch designed for operation with a single supply voltage ranging from +2V to +6V. It features a low on-resistance of 6,Ѷ typical at a 5V supply, which minimizes distortion and error voltages. The device offers rail-to-rail analog signal dynamic range and is characterized by low charge injection (6pC typical), ensuring reduced glitch errors during switching. This switch is suitable for high-speed applications with a typical turn-on time of 8ns and low crosstalk of -100dB at 10 MHz. It can handle high current channel capability of over 100mA and is TTL/CMOS logic compatible, making it versatile for various applications including audio and video switching, LAN switches, and telecommunications systems. The PI5A100WE is available in both 16-pin SOIC and QSOP packages and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C.
