It features a rail-to-rail analog signal dynamic range and low on-resistance of 6,Ѷ typical at a 5V supply, which minimizes distortion and error voltages. The device offers on-resistance matching between channels of 0.4,Ѷ typical and flatness of less than 2,Ѷ, ensuring consistent performance across multiple channels. This switch is characterized by low charge injection (6pC typical), which reduces glitch errors, and fast switching speeds with a typical turn-on time of 8ns.
