The PI3EQX7502MZDEX is a low power, high-performance USB 3.0 ReDriver designed to support data rates of up to 5.0 Gbps. It features two 100,Ѷ differential CML data I/Os, making it suitable for connecting protocol ASICs to switch fabrics or extending signals across various data pathways. The device includes programmable equalization and de-emphasis controls to enhance signal integrity and reduce inter-symbol interference over different physical mediums. Each channel operates independently and includes a low-level input signal detection and output squelch function. The ReDriver can enter a low power standby mode when not in use, and it features an automatic receiver detection function that activates when the RXD-EN pin is high. The operating temperature range is industrial, from -40¬8C to 85¬8C, and it operates on a single supply voltage of 3.3V. The product is packaged in a compact 24-pin TQFN format, measuring 4x4mm.
