The PAM8320 is a Class-D audio power amplifier capable of delivering 20W into a 4,Ѷ load in a bridge-tied-load configuration. It operates within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 15V and features high efficiency of up to 95%, eliminating the need for external heat sinks during operation. The device includes built-in protections such as short circuit protection, thermal shutdown, over voltage protection, and under voltage lock-out, ensuring reliable performance in various applications. The PAM8320 is housed in a space-saving SO-16EP package and is suitable for applications including PC speakers, Bluetooth speakers, home sound systems, active speakers, and docking stations.
