The NE555S-13 is a precision timing circuit capable of operating in both monostable and astable modes. In monostable mode, it generates accurate time delays controlled by an external resistor and capacitor, while in astable mode, it allows independent control of frequency and duty cycle using two resistors and one capacitor. The device features adjustable threshold and trigger levels, which can be modified via a control-voltage terminal. It can source or sink up to 200mA of current and operates with supply voltages ranging from 5V to 15V, making it compatible with TTL logic levels at 5V. The NE555S-13 is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and designed to meet automotive application standards, including AEC-Q100/101/200 qualifications.
