The DXTN07045DFGQ-7 is a 45V NPN medium-power transistor in a PowerDI3333-8 package, measuring 3.30mm x 3.30mm, designed for high-density automotive and industrial applications. It supports a continuous collector current of 3A with a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 45V and a junction temperature rating up to +175°C. The transistor features a low saturation voltage of less than 300mV at 1A and a minimum DC current gain of 150 at 2A, with hFE exceeding 400 at 1A. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and features wettable flanks for improved optical inspection.
