The DMTH6006SPSW-13 is a 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as synchronous rectifiers and DC-DC converters. It features a maximum on-resistance of 6.2mΩ at VGS = 10V and a continuous drain current rating of 100A at TC = +25°C. The device supports a maximum junction temperature of +175°C and is qualified for automotive applications per AEC-Q200. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and rated for 100% unclamped inductive switching. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,500 units per carrier.
