DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMTH6005LPSW-13

The DMTH6005LPSW-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and synchronous rectification. It features a 60V drain-source voltage rating, a maximum on-resistance of 5.5 mΩ at VGS = 10V, and continuous drain current of 100 A at TC = +25°C. The device operates up to +175°C junction temperature, with a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1 °C/W. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and meets JEDEC standards for high reliability. The package is molded plastic with a 94V-0 flammability rating and moisture sensitivity level 1.
