DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMTH6004LPSW-13

The DMTH6004LPSW-13 is a 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 100A at TC = 25°C and a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The typical on-state resistance is 3.1mΩ at VGS = 10V and 4.5mΩ at VGS = 4.5V. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.9°C/W. The device is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and uses a molded plastic case with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. It is qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability and supports 100% unclamped inductive switching in production. The part is packaged in tape and reel for 2500 units.
