The DMTH4M40SPGW-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power management applications, featuring a maximum drain-source voltage of 40V and an on-resistance of 0.4mΩ at VGS = 10V. It is packaged in a PowerDI8080-5 surface-mount case, weighing approximately 0.36 grams, and is rated for continuous drain currents up to 824A at 25°C ambient. The device supports an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, with a thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.32°C/W.
