The DMTH4M40LPGW-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power-management applications, featuring a maximum drain-source voltage of 40V and an on-state resistance of 0.4mΩ at VGS=10V and 0.64mΩ at VGS=4.5V. It is packaged in a PowerDI8080-5 surface-mount case with a thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.3°C/W and operates at temperatures up to +175°C. The device supports 100% UIS testing for reliability and meets RoHS and "Green" standards with a lead-free finish. The package is rated UL 94V-0, has moisture sensitivity level 1, and is mounted on a PC board per JEDEC standards for thermal performance.
