The DMTH45M5SFVW-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 40V, a maximum on-state resistance of 5.5mΩ at VGS = 10V, and a continuous drain current of 118A at TA = +150°C. The device supports 100% unclamped inductive switching (UIS) testing, has a thermal resistance of 2.9°C/W from junction to case, and operates from -55°C to +175°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. The part is supplied in a 3,000-piece tape and reel package.
