The DMTH43M8SPDWQ-13 is a dual N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, rated for 40V drain-source voltage and continuous drain current up to 105A at 25°C case temperature. It features a maximum RDS(ON) of 4.5mΩ at VGS = 10V, is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive use, and operates from -55°C to +175°C junction temperature. The package has a wettable flank for improved optical inspection, is RoHS compliant, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,500 pcs per reel.
