DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMTH43M8LPSW-13

The DMTH43M8LPSW-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, rated for 40V drain-source voltage and capable of continuous drain currents up to 125A at +25°C case temperature with VGS = 10V. It features a low RDS(ON) of 3.3mΩ at VGS = 10V and 5.0mΩ at VGS = 5V, operates with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, and meets RoHS, UL 94 V-0, and JEDEC standards for reliability. The device is moisture sensitive level 1 and has a thermal resistance of 1.8°C/W from junction to case. It is intended for use in BLDC motors, DC-DC converters, and load switches, and is qualified under AEC-Q standards for automotive applications. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2500 units per carrier.
