The DMTH43M8LFVW is a 40V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications in automotive environments. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 96A at TC=+175°C and an on-state resistance of 4.3mΩ at VGS=10V and 7.5mΩ at VGS=4.5V. The device is rated for operation from -55°C to +175°C junction temperature, with a thermal resistance of 2.3°C/W junction-to-case and 41°C/W junction-to-ambient with a standard PCB layout. It meets AEC-Q100/101/104/200 qualifications, is IATF 16949 certified, and complies with RoHS 3 and UL 94 V-0 standards.
