The DMTH4014LFVW-7 is a 40V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8/SWP package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 49.8A at TC=25°C with an on-resistance of 13.7mΩ at VGS=10V, and operates at junction temperatures up to +175°C. The device includes wettable flanks for optical inspection, is 100% UIS tested, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. It is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. The package measures 3.30mm x 3.30mm with a height of 0.80mm, and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,000 units per reel.
