The DMTH4007SPSWQ-13 is an AEC-Q101 qualified, 40V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for automotive power management, DC-DC conversion, and motor control applications. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 170A at TC = +25°C and a low on-resistance of 7.6mΩ at VGS = 10V. The package has a maximum profile of 1.1mm and features a thermally efficient exposed drain pad, with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 1.1°C/W. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C and is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, with a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a quantity of 2,500 per reel.
