The DMTH4007SPDWQ-13 is a dual N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability and thermal performance. It is rated for a drain-source voltage of 40V, with a maximum continuous drain current of 34A at TC = +25°C and 19.25A at TA = +25°C. The device features a low RDS(ON) of 8.6mΩ at VGS = 10V and is qualified to AEC-Q101 with PPAP capability, manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C and meets RoHS 3 and Green device standards. The package is molded plastic with 94V-0 flammability rating, moisture sensitivity level 1, and uses a matte tin annealed copper leadframe. The part is supplied in a 2,500-piece tape and reel configuration.
