The DMTH12H007SPSWQ is a 120V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency switching applications such as DC-DC converters. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 84A at 25°C and an on-state resistance of 8.9mΩ at VGS=10V and 16mΩ at VGS=6V. The device is rated for operation up to 175°C junction temperature and has a thermal resistance of 1.2°C/W from junction to case. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. The package has a profile of less than 1.1mm and is RoHS compliant with a lead-free matte tin finish.
