DMTH10H2M8LPSW-13 is a 100V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as engine management systems and DC-DC converters. It features a low on-state resistance of 2.8mΩ at VGS=10V and 4.2mΩ at VGS=4.5V, with continuous drain current ratings of 164A at TC=25°C and 146A at TC=175°C. The device supports 100% UIS testing, has a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 1°C/W, and operates from -55°C to +175°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. Moisture sensitivity is level 1 per J-STD-020. The part is supplied in a 2500-piece tape and reel package.
