The DMTH10H1M7SPGWQ-13 is a 100V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI8080-5 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability and efficiency. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 325A at +125°C and an ultra-low RDS(ON) of 1.5mΩ at VGS = 10V, minimizing power losses. The part is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities, with a wettable flank for improved optical inspection.
