The DMTH10H071LFDFW-7 is a 100V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for automotive applications, featuring a U-DFN2020-6/SWP package with a 0.6mm profile and a PCB footprint of 4mm². It operates at junction temperatures up to +175°C and is qualified to AEC-Q101 with PPAP support, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free. The device has a maximum continuous drain current of 4.6A at +25°C, with RDS(ON) of 68mΩ at VGS=10V and 86mΩ at VGS=6V, and supports 100% UIS testing for robustness. Thermal resistance is 50°C/W on a 1inch square copper pad, and it meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
