The DMTH10H032LFVWQ-7 is a 100V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8/SWP package, designed for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q101 qualification and PPAP capability. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 26A at 25°C and an RDS(ON) of 30mΩ at VGS=10V and 50mΩ at VGS=4.5V. The device supports up to 104A pulsed drain current and has an avalanche energy rating of 25.3mJ. Thermal resistance is 40°C/W with a 2oz copper PCB and 1-inch square copper plate, and 90°C/W with a minimum pad layout. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, moisture sensitivity level 1, and is RoHS compliant. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +175°C.
