The DMTH10H032LFVW-7 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. It features a 100 V drain-source voltage rating, a continuous drain current of 26 A at 25°C, and on-state resistance of 30 mΩ at VGS = 10 V or 50 mΩ at VGS = 4.5 V. The device is rated for operation from -55°C to +175°C and includes wettable flanks for improved optical inspection. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The package dimensions are 3.30 mm x 3.30 mm with a height of 0.80 mm.
