The DMTH10H025LPDWQ-13 is a dual N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high reliability. It features a 100V drain-source voltage rating, with on-resistance of 23mΩ at VGS=10V and 30mΩ at VGS=6V, capable of continuous drain currents up to 30A at TA=150°C and 42A at TA=25°C. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and features a wettable flank for improved solder inspection. It operates from -55°C to +175°C junction temperature and has a thermal resistance of 1.6°C/W from junction to case. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and meets J-STD-020 Level 1 moisture sensitivity. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
