80V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a U-DFN2020-6 package with a 0.6mm profile and 4mm² PCB footprint, designed for high-efficiency power management in battery-operated systems and solid-state relays. The device has a continuous drain current of 7.5A at +25°C and 6.1A at +70°C, with a maximum on-resistance of 25mΩ at VGS = 10V and 38mΩ at VGS = 4.5V. It features a thermal resistance of 58°C/W when mounted on a 2oz copper FR-4 board with a 1-inch square copper pad, and operates from -55°C to +150°C. The part is lead-free, RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and meets J-STD-020 Level 1 moisture sensitivity.
