The DMT8008LCG-7 is an 80V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a V-DFN3333-8 package, designed for automotive power management and load switch applications. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 56A at TC=25°C with RDS(ON) of 7.6mΩ at VGS=10V and 11mΩ at VGS=4.5V. The device is qualified to AEC-Q100/101/200, manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities, and meets RoHS 3 and UL 94 V-0 standards. It supports 100% UIS testing and has a thermal resistance of 47°C/W when mounted on a 1-inch square copper plate. Package dimensions are 3.30mm x 3.30mm with a height of 0.80mm. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging at 2,000 per reel.
