The DMT63M5LFG-7 is a 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as synchronous rectification, motor control, and DC-DC conversion. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 90A at TC=25°C and a low on-resistance of 3.8mΩ at VGS=10V and 6.0mΩ at VGS=4.5V. The device is rated for a maximum junction temperature of 150°C, has a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 2.37°C/W, and is qualified to meet AEC-Q100/101/104/200 standards for automotive applications. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and packaged in tape and reel for automated assembly.
