The DMT32M4LFG-13 is a 30V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency DC-DC conversion and power management applications. It features a low RDS(ON) of 1.7mΩ at VGS=10V and 2.8mΩ at VGS=4.5V, with a continuous drain current of 100A at TC=25°C. The device is 100% avalanche rated, with an EAS of 172mJ and a thermal resistance of 3.9°C/W from junction to case. It meets RoHS, AEC-Q100, AEC-Q101, and AEC-Q200 standards, and is manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. The package occupies 33% of the board area of an SO-8 and is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to +150°C.
