The DMT31M7LSS-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SO-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 30 V, a on-state resistance of 2.7 mΩ at VGS = 10 V and 4 mΩ at VGS = 4.5 V, and a maximum continuous drain current of 78 A at TC = +25°C. The device is qualified for automotive applications, meets AEC-Q100/101/200 standards, is manufactured in an IATF 16949 certified facility, and is RoHS compliant. It features a thermally efficient package with a thermal resistance from junction to ambient of 73 °C/W when mounted on a standard FR-4 PCB, and 56 °C/W with enhanced thermal copper layout. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,500 units per reel.
