DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMT3020LFDFW-7

The DMT3020LFDFW-7 is a 30V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a U-DFN2020-6/SWP package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications. It features a low on-resistance of 17mΩ at VGS = 10V and 28mΩ at VGS = 4.5V, with a gate threshold voltage range of 1.0V to 2.5V. The device supports continuous drain currents up to 8.4A at 25°C and 6.8A at 70°C under specified conditions. It has a thermal resistance of 70°C/W when mounted on a 2oz copper FR-4 PCB with a 1 inch square copper pad. The package is wettable flank for improved optical inspection, meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and is RoHS compliant with a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. It is qualified for automotive applications under AEC-Q100/101/104/200 and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
