DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP4013SPSW-13

The DMP4013SPSW-13 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management, reverse-polarity protection, and BLDC motor control applications. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -40V, with a maximum on-resistance of 15mΩ at -10V gate-source bias and 23mΩ at -4.5V. Continuous drain current is -61A at TC=25°C and -19A at TA=25°C. The device supports 100% UIS testing, is RoHS compliant, and meets JEDEC standards for reliability. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 96°C/W on a standard FR-4 board and 44°C/W with enhanced thermal pad layout. Junction temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C. The package is molded plastic, UL 94V-0 rated, moisture tolerant at Level 1 per J-STD-020, and features a matte tin finish on a copper leadframe.
