The DMP4012SPSWQ is a 40V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q101 qualification and PPAP capability. It features a maximum continuous drain current of -80A at TC = +25°C and -60A at VGS = -4.5V, with on-resistance of 13mΩ at VGS = -10V and 23mΩ at VGS = -4.5V. The device supports 100% unclamped inductive switching, has a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 0.9°C/W, and is RoHS compliant with a matte tin finish. It is suitable for reverse-polarity protection, BLDC motor controls, and power management functions.
