DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP31D7LWQ-13

The DMP31D7LWQ-13 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SOT323 package, designed for automotive applications including DC-DC converters and load switches. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -30 V, a continuous drain current of -0.38 A at VGS = -4.5 V and TA = +25°C, and an on-resistance of 1.7 Ω at VGS = -4.5 V. The device features a gate threshold voltage range of -1 V to -2.6 V, low input capacitance of 19 pF, and is qualified to AEC-Q101 with PPAP capability, manufactured in IATF16949-certified facilities. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and has a thermal resistance of 334 °C/W when mounted on an FR-4 board with 2 oz copper and a minimum pad layout. Packaging is 10,000 units per tape and reel.
