DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP3045LVT-13

The DMP3045LVT-13 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a TSOT26 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -30V, with a maximum on-resistance of 65mΩ at VGS = -4.5V and -4A drain current, and 42mΩ at VGS = -10V and -5.4A drain current. The device features an ESD-protected gate, is RoHS compliant, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. It is rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C junction temperature, with a thermal resistance of 78°C/W when mounted on a 2oz FR-4 PCB with minimum pad layout. The device is supplied in tape and reel packaging, with 10,000 units per reel.
