DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP3028LPSW-13

The DMP3028LPSW-13 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for power management and load switch applications. It features a drain-source voltage rating of -30V, a continuous drain current of -21A at TC=25°C, and a low RDS(ON) of 28mΩ at VGS=-10V and 38mΩ at VGS=-4.5V. The device supports 100% unclamped inductive switching, has a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 60°C/W, and operates from -55°C to +150°C. The package is thermally efficient, RoHS compliant, and rated as a "Green" device. It is manufactured for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q100 qualification and PPAP capability.
