DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP3027LFDEQ-7

The DMP3027LFDEQ-7 is a 30V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a U-DFN2020-6 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and load switches. It features a maximum on-resistance of 25mΩ at VGS = -10V and -8.5A continuous drain current, with a thermal resistance junction-to-ambient of 45.7°C/W when mounted on a recommended PCB layout. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3,000 units per reel.
