DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP3021SPSW-13

The DMP3021SPSW-13 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package with a 1.1mm profile, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters and analog switches. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -30V, a continuous drain current of -52.7A at VGS = -10V and TC = +25°C, and an on-resistance of 15mΩ at VGS = -10V. The device features low input capacitance, fast switching speed, and is RoHS compliant with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating. It is mounted on a 2oz copper PCB with thermal bias for optimal heat dissipation, and operates within a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
