DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP3006LPSW-13

The DMP3006LPSW is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for notebook battery power management and load switch applications. The package has a height of less than 1.1mm and is rated for -30V drain-source voltage with a continuous drain current of -72A at TC=25°C and -15A at TA=25°C. It features a low on-resistance of 7.5mΩ at VGS=-10V and 11mΩ at VGS=-4.5V, fast switching speeds, and ESD protection up to 1kV HBM. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. Thermal resistance is 50.5°C/W at TA=25°C with a 1-inch square copper plate. The part is qualified to AEC-Q100/101/104/200 and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. It is packaged in tape and reel with 2,500 units per reel.
