DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMP2900UTQ-7

The DMP2900UTQ-7 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SOT523 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters and load switches. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -20V, with on-resistance of 700mΩ at VGS = -4.5V and -0.5A, and 900mΩ at VGS = -2.5V and -0.48A. The device features a low gate threshold voltage of -0.5V to -1.0V, low input capacitance of 49pF, and is ESD protected. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and suitable for automotive applications. The SOT523 package measures 1.60mm x 1.60mm with a height of 0.75mm and is rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 395°C/W when mounted on a standard FR-4 PCB with 2oz copper and minimum pad layout. The device is supplied in tape-and-reel packaging with 3000 units per reel.
