The DMP2065U-13 is a 20V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SOT-23 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications. It features a maximum on-resistance of 60mΩ at VGS = -4.5V and -4.0A drain current, with a gate threshold voltage ranging from -0.5V to -0.9V. The device supports a pulsed drain current of -15A and has a total power dissipation of 1.5W when mounted on a 2oz copper PCB with thermal vias. Thermal resistance is 83°C/W, and it operates from -55°C to +150°C. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, is lead-free and RoHS compliant, and is supplied in 10,000-unit tape and reel packaging.
