The DMP2040UFDFW-7 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power-management applications and general-purpose switching. It is packaged in a U-DFN2020-6/SWP with a 2.0mm × 2.0mm footprint and 0.6mm profile, suitable for low-profile designs. The device has a drain-source voltage rating of -20V, a maximum continuous drain current of -15A at TC = +25°C, and an on-resistance of 32mΩ at -4.5V gate bias. It features a wettable flank for optical inspection, is RoHS compliant, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. The thermal resistance from junction to case is 11°C/W, and it operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The part is AEC-Q100/101/104/200 qualified and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
