The DMP2024UFDFQ is a 20V P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as battery management, DC-DC converters, and power-function circuits. It is packaged in a U-DFN2020-6 case with a PCB footprint of 4mm² and a profile of 0.6mm, making it suitable for low-profile designs. The device features a drain-source breakdown voltage of -20V, continuous drain current up to -7.2A at VGS = -4.5V, and on-resistance of 27mΩ at the same condition. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. The part is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and classified as a "Green" device. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 58.7°C/W when mounted on a 1-inch square copper plate. Operating temperature range is from -55°C to +150°C.
