The DMNH6069SFVW-13 is a 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters. It features a maximum on-state resistance of 50mΩ at VGS=10V and 63mΩ at VGS=4.5V, with continuous drain currents of 18A at TC=25°C and 15A at TA=120°C. The device supports 175°C junction temperature operation, has 100% UIS tested reliability, and features wettable flanks for improved optical inspection. It occupies 33% less board area than an SO-8 package and is RoHS compliant. The part is qualified to AEC-Q100/101/200 standards and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
