The DMNH4005SPSWQ is a 40V N-channel MOSFET qualified to AEC-Q101 and designed for automotive applications such as engine management, body control electronics, and DC-DC converters. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 80A at 25°C case temperature and an on-resistance of 4.0mΩ at 10V gate-source bias.
