The DMN65D9L is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power management applications, featuring low on-resistance and fast switching performance. It is packaged in an SOT23 case with dimensions of 2.90 mm height, 2.40 mm length, and 1.30 mm width. The device has a drain-source voltage rating of 60 V, a continuous drain current of 335 mA at TA = +25°C, and a total power dissipation of 270 mW on a standard FR-4 PCB.
