The DMN39M1LFVWQ-13 is a 30V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q101 qualification and PPAP capability. It occupies 33% less board area than an SO-8 package, with a thermal resistance junction-to-ambient of 46°C/W when mounted on a two-layer FR-4 board with 2oz copper. The device has a maximum continuous drain current of 71A at VGS=4.5V and 87A at VGS=10V, with a typical on-resistance of 7.4mΩ at 4.5V and 5.0mΩ at 10V. It is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3,000 units per reel.
