The DMN3732UVT-7 is a dual N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a TSOT26 package for high-efficiency power management. It has a 30 V drain-source voltage rating, 1.1 A continuous drain current at +25°C, and on-resistance of 460 mΩ at VGS = 4.5 V and 560 mΩ at VGS = 2.5 V. Power dissipation is 0.5 W on a standard PCB or 0.8 W with an added copper plate. Thermal resistance is 252 °C/W or 150 °C/W respectively. Operating temperature ranges from -55 °C to +150 °C. The package is molded plastic, RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, UL 94 V-0 rated, moisture-sensitive level 1, and supplied in 3,000-unit tape and reel packaging.
