DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMN3732U-13

The DMN3732U is a 30V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SOT23 package, designed for high-efficiency power management in portable electronics and load switch applications. It features low on-resistance of 460mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 730mΩ at VGS=1.8V, with a gate threshold voltage ranging from 0.45V to 0.95V. The device is ESD protected, RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability ratings. It has a thermal resistance of 192°C/W when mounted on a 1-inch square copper plate and operates from -55°C to +150°C junction temperature. The part is qualified for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q200 compliance and is manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
