DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMN3061SQ-13

The DMN3061SQ-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SOT23 package, designed for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q101 qualification and PPAP capability. It features a drain-source voltage rating of 30V, a maximum continuous drain current of 2.3A at 4.5V gate-source voltage, and on-resistance of 98mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 59mΩ at VGS=10V. The device has a thermal resistance of 161°C/W on a standard PCB layout and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and supplied in 10,000-piece tape and reel packaging.
